Ensemble Forecasts for the Sochi-2014 Olympic Games

Ensemble prediction systems that provided the Sochi Olympics with meteorological information in the probabilistic form within the FROST-2014 project are briefly described. The systems prepared by the COSMO consortium are examined in more detail. Some preliminary verification results are presented.
