Climatological Method of Determining the Date of Steady Passage of Daily Mean Air Temperature through the Prescribed Threshold Value

A new method of determining the dates of steady passage of daily mean air temperature through certain threshold values is suggested. The method is optimal for revealing tendencies of regular changes in time series of dates of steady passage through certain limits and durations of respective periods.
