The review is prepared from operational results of the system of total ozone (TO) content monitoring over CIS and Baltic states. The system operates in operational mode at the Central Aerological Observatory (CAO). The monitoring system employs data of the national network of filter ozonometers M-124 that operates under the guidance of the Main Geophysical Observatory. The quality of operation of the entire system is routinely controlled by observations from satellite TOMS/EP instruments. Major TO observations are summarized for each month of the fourth quarter of 2005 and for the year as a whole. Results of regular observations of surface ozone in Moscow's green belt (CAO, the town of Dolgoprudny) and on the Kola Peninsula (Polar Geophysical Institute of the Kola Research Center, Russian Academy of Sciences) are also presented.
