Cloud Modification in India: Physical and Statistical Estimation of the Results

A review is presented of recent experiments on increasing precipitation, as carried out by the company WMI (USA) in India. Statistical analysis of radar measurements data shows that the cloud seeding leads to significant changes in the cloud characteristics.
