RECOVERY OF THE NATURAL LEVEL REGIME OF LAKE BAIKAL AFTER CONSTRUCTION OF THE IRKUTSK HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT

The proposed scheme is used to reconstruct natural levels of Lake Baikal following its regulation. Level changes are estimated based on comparison between regulated and reconstructed monthly mean levels.
