CLASSIFICATION OF SUMMER WEATHER REGIMES IN ST. PETERSBURG

A classification of summer weather regimes in St. Petersburg is considered on the basis of 106-year series of mean daily surface air temperature. The estimation of the number of classes and the initial division are carried out by analyzing data projection onto the plane of sample principal components.
