ASSESSMENT OF ATMOSPHERIC TEMPERATURE REGIME FORMING THE HYDROLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF THE BLACK SEA

A decisive role of the atmospheric temperature regime in the formation and variability of the Black Sea hydrological structure is dealt with. A quantitative scale is developed for assessing thermal conditions. Monthly and seasonal statistical parameters of the secular air temperature series are calculated. It is found that the probability distribution of air temperature by scale gradations follows the normal law.
